fish food

"Fish Food" studies our dynamic relationships with animals of the ocean, a negative and tumultuous one caused by decades of pollution and neglect of our environment. The series attempts to flip the switch and create compositions that suggest the threat of the creatures we underestimate and ignore, placing them in a position of power over humankind. The piece emphasizes movement and interaction of form to create tension between the two figures and suggest an unhappy, toxic environment.
